How You’ll Cover the Cost of Training. Pay $0 upfront! The total cost of the Software Sales Training Program is $9,000. However, we’ll work with you to cover this cost through funds subsidized by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and/or an income share agreement.

Everything You Need. As a Skillz Academy Fellow, you won’t have to purchase any hardware, software, books, or materials. You’ll receive 12 weeks of instruction; a laptop, headset, and wifi device that you’ll keep after graduation; career services to help you land a job, one year of career coaching, and a growing community of diverse salespeople to support you on your journey.

We accept WIOA funds and offer income share agreements.

WIOA?: The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) provides federal funding to help Americans, like you, access employment, education, training, and support services. WIOA was designed to help people overcome barriers to employment, earn high-quality jobs, and match employers with the skilled workers they need to effectively run their businesses.

WIOA Grants: You may be eligible for up to $8,000 in scholarships depending on where you live.

Income Share: The remaining balance of your tuition can be covered through an income share agreement and/or direct payment of tuition. If you choose our income share agreement, you won’t pay us anything until you secure a job earning at least $40,000 a year. This ensures that our incentives are properly aligned – you don’t pay unless you find a job.

Before you enroll in the Software Sales Training Program, we’ll work with you to figure out the best way to fund your tuition.
